Paweł Nawrot

Dispensing optician (BSc), optometrist (MSc), born in 1984 in Katowice, Poland. Since 2003, he has been associated with Faculty of Physics at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He is a PhD student, currently in the process of completing his doctoral dissertation on 'Motor deficits in adults with binocular vision anomalies'. He runs his private optometric practice.
In his research, Paweł Nawrot investigates the etiology of binocular vision disorders and specific correlations between sensory-motor system and binocular vision. He has been examining strabismic patients using declarative and explicit learning tests, visual-motor
tests, and static posturography. He is the author of 6 scientific articles published in ISI Master Journal List. In 2007-2012, as a member of Laboratory of Vision Science and Optometry, Paweł Nawrot had an opportunity to work with dispensing optics and optometry students on various scientific projects and was strongly concerned in local educating events which aimed at raising social vision care awareness.
